We are peased to invite authors to submit their papers to CESSE 2011, addressing issues that serve present and future development of the field. All accepted papers will be included in CESSE 2011 Proceedings with the publishing House by Information Engineering Research Institute, USA, CESSE 2011 will be indexed by ISTP (ISI Proceedings) and submitted for EI Compendex.
