I am looking for an RA who is interested in doing research in dynamic  
graphical models applied to biological sequences. Some of the particular  
ideas we'll be investigating involve using such models to represent the  
process of tandem mass spectrometry for the purpose of peptide and protein  
identification. If you are interested and/or wish for more information,
