ICCEE 2008,ICCEE 2009和ICCEE 2010曾分别在普吉岛、迪拜和成都举行。基于前三届的成功召开，2011年第四届计算机与电气工程国际会议（ICCEE 2011）将于2011年10月14日至16日在新加坡召开。大会致力于为专家和学者提供一个学术交流与建立友谊的平台，会议旨在加强交流、促进合作，使广大学者分享优秀的论文和成果，同共同探讨近来计算机与电气工程等领域的新技术和新应用。

The ICCEE 2011 conference proceeding will proudly published by ASME, and All accepted papers will be included in ASME Digital Library, and indexed by EI Compendex, Thomson ISI Proceedings.
ICCEE 2011所有论文将由ASME出版，收录在ASME Digital Library里。并被EI和ISTP检索。
